Data Retention Period

Special Terms Regarding Private Tunnel. The following special provisions relate to data collection and usage associated with our Private Tunnel services:
Data Usage. What Data Company Retains From Private Tunnel Sessions:
• Each time a user connects to our Private Tunnel service, we retain the following data for 14-30 days: the user's source IP address, the Private Tunnel IP address used by the user, connection start and stop time and total number of bytes used.
• Why Company Retains Private Tunnel Session Data:
• We retain Private Tunnel session data for 14-30 days to use with billing issues, troubleshooting, service offering evaluation, TOS issues, AUP issues, and for helping to prevent criminal activity performed over the service.
What Company Does Not Collect From Private Tunnel Sessions:
• We Do Not log a user's traffic or the content of any communications
• We Do Not perform deep packet inspection of your traffic, except where requested by the customer for firewall purposes.
• We Do Not perform shallow packet inspection of your traffic, except where requested by the customer for firewall purposes.
• We Do Not throttle your Internet connection.
• We Do Not rate limit Internet connection.
Special Terms Regarding Cloud Services. If you access our Site via a cloud server, whether provided by Company or a third-party cloud provider such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure (collectively, the “Third-Party Cloud Providers). The following special provisions relate to data collection and usage associated with your use of cloud services to access the Site:
Accessing the Site via Company Cloud Service:

Accessing the Site via Third Party Cloud Providers:
Site Usage. Company may monitor your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address) relating to your use of the Site and/or services and log this information. This information may be used to diagnose Site technical problems. We also use personal and non-Personal Information in aggregate or statistical form in order to improve our products, services and procedures.
